SCVS Full-Time Enrollment Application Window
APPLICATION DATES FOR 24-25 SCHOOL YEAR
Applications for the 24-25 school year will be available April 2nd 2024-July 16th 2024 at 12:00 pm.
NOTE: You do NOT need to apply for full-time if you are a part-time or home school student. Please look at our Attend SCVS page for part-time and homeschool enrollment. If you are a part-time or home school student and wish to be full-time with SCVS, you DO need to apply.
Full-Time Enrollment Application Process
Before you Begin - Please read the 2024-2025 Registration Documentation Requirements. A Spanish version is also available. All required documentation must be submitted in the admission packet.
Step 1: Click the green button below and complete the application. You will be required to upload a scanned copy/image of all of the following: Current Lease/Deed/Tax Documents, Current Electric Bill, Copy of Guardian's Driver's License/ID/Voter ID Card, Current Florida DH 680 Immunization Record (call and obtain a copy from your former school, if needed). If your student has a 504 or an IEP, you will also need to upload the most recent copies of those documents. If your student is NEW to SCPS you will also be required to complete New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE) with our district and provide transcripts if your student is in high school.
Step 2: You will receive a confirmation email that your application has been sent to the email that you used to complete the application.
Step 3: The enrollment team will review your application. If your student has an IEP, 504, or is an ELL student, SCVS is required to hold a virtual meeting/Student Study Meeting with you. This may take up to two weeks to schedule.
Step 4: One of the enrollment team members will contact you regarding your application and the next steps. Please make sure that you are monitoring your email/phone. This may take up to two weeks depending on the volume of applications.
Please note that enrollment at SCVS is an application process, not an enrollment process, that must be completed each and every year. Enrollment at SCVS does not rollover. This means that enrollment is not automatically granted.

Incomplete packets will not be accepted. Please DO NOT drop off your packet in person. Click below to complete it within the new window. Once all fields are completed, it will allow you to send them to us electronically. Old packets from previous years will not be accepted.
